发电机空侧密封油油压下降原因分析及对策

Analysis on reasons of sealing oil pressure dropping in air side of generator and countermeasures

湖北华电襄阳发电有限公司氢冷发电机双流环式密封油系统在运行中出现励端空侧密封油油压低、漏氢量严重超标的情况,通过技术分析和运行调整,将励端氢气密封方式由双流环密封调整至单流环密封后,漏氢量及氢气纯度均控制在规程允许范围内,可为同类型机组的运行提供参考。

In operation of the double ring sealing oil system of hydrogen cooled generator in Hubei Huadian Xiangyang Power Generation Company Limited,the sealing oil pressure in air side of excitation end dropped obviously,and the hydrogen leakage exceeded standard seriously.According to technical analysis and operation adjustment,the hydrogen sealing mode of excitation end was changed from double ring sealing into single ring sealing.The hydrogen leakage and the hydrogen purity were controlled in limits allowed by relevant regulations.The result in this paper provides reference for similar unit operation.
