摘要
机柜设计作为舰载电子设备结构设计的主要内容,是实现技术指标的重要环节。通过对机柜各层次设备及其连接的合理设计,改善机柜整体刚强度。结合具体实例,深入探讨了机柜壳体的加固措施,利用有限元法分析,比较了壳体优化前后固有特性的变化。振动实验表明,在控制重量的前提下,加固设计提高了机柜的机械环境适应能力。
Regarding as the main part of structure design for shipboard electronic equipment, cabinet design is becoming an important link to re- alize its technique targets. Both the stiffness and the strength of the cabinet are improved through the rational design of hierarchical equipment and its connection. The rugged design of cabinet shell is investigated thoroughly as a specific example. Changes on inherent characteristics of the shell before and after the optimization are determined using finite element analysis method. Vibration experiments show that with controlled weight, the mechanical reinforcement design improves the cabinet's environmental adaptability.
