摘要
报道了用HZSM 5分子筛取代传统催化剂合成对 甲氧基苯乙酮 .考察了催化剂用量、反应物摩尔比、反应温度和反应时间对苯甲醚与乙酸酐的酰化反应的影响 .该固体催化剂可以回收、再生和重复使用 ,给出的芳酮产率与新鲜催化剂的几乎相同 .
In this paper, it is reported that p methoxyacetophenone was synthesized using HZSM 5 molecular sieve as catalyst. The effects of the amount of the catalyst used, the molar ratio of acetic an hydride to anisole, reaction temperature and reaction time on the acylation reaction of anisole with acetic anhydride in the absence of solvent were investigated. The molecular sieve catalyst can be recovered, re generated and reused to give almost the same yield of p methoxyacetophenone as that given by fresh HZSM 5 molecular sieve.
