摘要
对水稻 (oryzasativa)、玉米 (zeamays)和狼尾草 (pennisetumalopecuroids)三种禾本科植物成熟花粉的细胞器超微结构进行了比较 ,水稻花粉内线粒体数量最多 ,其内嵴亦较密 ;三种花粉中的内质网 (滑面 )均不丰富 ,但在水稻花粉中的淀粉粒较少的区域分布着分散型内质网 .玉米、狼尾草花粉中高尔基体较少 ,水稻花粉中可见到典型的高尔基体 ,在淀粉粒较少的区域存在着不表现出“极性”的高尔基体 .三种花粉中水稻花粉内精细胞最像哺乳动物的精子 ,其中的线粒体也最为丰富 .水稻花粉中这些超微结构特点与其呼吸速率高。
Among the matured grass pollen of rice (oryza sativa), maize (zea mays) and pennisetum (pennisetum alopecuroides), the quantity of mitochondria in rice pollen is the most, and the ridge of mitochondria is crowed together. There are a few endoplasmic reticulum in three kinds of pollen, but there are erratic type ER in the Region where starch grain is fewer in rice pollen. There are a few of Golgis organs in the pollens of maize and pennisetum. The rice pollen possesses normal Golgis organs and there are Golgis organs without“plate” in the region where starch grain is fewer. The spermatid of rice pollen is just like that of mammal and its mitochondria is the richest in three kinds of spermatid.
