摘要
利用双苯并咪唑 (Hoechst332 58)染色法对鳞柄白毒鹅膏减数分裂和孢子形成的各个时期进行了观察 ,并且通过对减裂各期的反复观察 ,认为鳞柄白毒鹅膏的染色体数目 (n =5)减数分裂形成四个子核 ,对应形成四个单核担孢子 ,然后核在担孢子中又进行一次有丝分裂 。
Cytological studies of meiosis and basidiospore formation in A. virosa were made with fluorescence 33258. We found that chromosome number of A. virosa was 5( n =5) after careful observation of chromosomes at various stages of meiosis. Four nuclei were formed during meiosis and immigrated in four basidiospores, respectively. Then mitosis happened in the most of uninucleate basidiosopores.
