摘要 利用响应面分析法对千层塔中石杉碱甲的提取工艺进行优化。以乙醇浓度、乙醇倍量及pH为响应因子,石杉碱甲提取得率和纯度为响应值,根据中心组合(BBD)试验设计3因素3水平响应面分析。得出千层塔中石杉碱甲的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度90%,乙醇倍量为7,调pH=9,该条件下石杉碱甲的提取率为89.26%,产品纯度为6.93%。 By using response surface methodology to optimize the extraction process of Hup A from Huperzia serrataTrev. Ethanol times, ethanol concentration, and pH is the response factor, Huperzine A extraction yield and purity of the response value, according to the principle of Box-Benhnken experiment, response surface analysis with 3 factors at 3 levels. Huperzine A optimum conditions were as follows: 90 % ethanol concentration, ethanol 7 times, pH=9, under this conditions the huperzine A extraction rate of 89.26 %, purity of product 6.93 %.
