采用添加液碱来分解蒸氨原料氨水中的固定铵盐,如氯化铵和硫氰化铵等,因为固定铵盐中的氨在蒸氨塔中蒸馏不能挥发出来,加碱一方面可以防止废水中氨氮超标,从而缓解酚氰污水站处理的压力,另一方面可以防止铵盐堵塞蒸氨塔等设备。
