井下释放式防垢剂在庄36区块的适应性评价与研究

Adaptability Assessment and Research of Release Type Scaling Inhibitor at Down-hole in Zhuang 36 Block

井筒、集输系统结垢问题困扰庄36区块生产,常规投加防垢剂的方式不能充分发挥作用,且造成大量浪费,本文研发一种新型固体防垢剂,可在井下逐步释放药剂,达到持续、充分抑制结垢的目的,并通过室内实验评价其防垢效果及在外部环境变化时的适应性。

The problems of scaling in well bore, gathering system is puzzling the production at Zhuang 36 block. Conventional ways of adding the scaling inhibitors cannot play their full role, and could cause a lot of waste. A new type of solid scale inhibitor was developed in this paper, it could gradually release agent in the well, which could achieve the goal of sustainable, fully inhibit scaling, and the scaling inhibition effect and adaptability to changing external environment were evaluated through the indoor experiments.
