摘要
以甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)与CO2为原料合成中间体2,3-环碳酸甘油酯甲基丙烯酸酯(DOMA)。将DOMA与丙烯酸类单体共聚,生成水性环碳酸酯预聚体,再与二乙烯三胺反应生成水性非异氰酸酯聚氨酯(NIPU)。对DOMA和NIPU的结构进行了红外光谱分析。对水性NIPU成膜进行力学性能、TGA和DSC热分析。结果表明水性NIPU成膜具有良好的力学性能和热稳定性。
(2-oxo-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl) methyl-2-methylprop-2-enoate (DOMA) was synthesized by carbon dioxide and glycidyl methacrylate. The aqueous cyclic carbonate was prepared by means of emulsion polymerization techniques, using DOMA and acrylic monomers. The aqueous nonisocynate polyurethane (NIPU) was synthesized by the aqueous cyclic carbonate and diethylenetriamine. The structures of DOMA and NIPU were characterized by FTIR. The product was characterized by water resistance test, mechanical performance test, thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results showed that the NIPU film had excellent mechanical performance and thermal stability.
