雷管管壳是工业雷管的主要组成部分,管壳质量的好坏将直接影响到雷管的使用效果,铝质管壳是雷管管壳的主要品种之一,主要用于导爆管雷管的生产,目前使用的铝管制造工艺主要有磷化工艺和碱蚀工艺两种,使用的原材料具有毒性,对人体造成危害,且污染环境。文章介绍的铝管碱性表面抛光工艺,该工艺大多使用对人体无害的原材料,并且料液可以循环利用。
The tube of detonator is a main part of the industrial detonator. The using effects depend on the quality of the tube. Aluminous surface, which is mainly used to produce detonator with shock-conducting tube, is a primary types of the detonator tube. Nowadays, the processing techniques of aluminous pipe production are Parkerizing process and alkali erodes process. But their row materials are poisonous. They do harm to the human being's health and pollute the environment. The processing technique of aluminous tube with alkaline surface polishing mentioned in this essay is used the harmless row materials and the feed liquid can be used circularly.
