鲁西化工园区造气污水脱氮装置的调试与改造

摘要 对鲁西化工园区煤化一公司造气工序污水中含有高氨氮的污水进行了检测并对其过剩污水的处理方法进行研究,该污水处理采用脱氮塔进行脱除氨氮处理,通过对出水氨氮的测定(要求其出水氨氮小于200 mg/L)得出其去除率达到90%以上,出水氨氮能够控制其小于100mg/L,达到进后续污水处理系统的条件。 The gasification system waste wate containing high NH3-N had been detected, and the disposal method had been researching, the water used chemical denitrification treatcment, by determination of the NH3-N in outlet water, we found the removal rate could be reached more than 90 %, and the NH3-N in outlet water can be controlled less than 100 mg/L, that could be enough to meet requirement for further treatment.
