摘要
城市生活垃圾焚烧飞灰的重金属含量一般高于危险废物允许填埋的限制,为保证飞灰中的危险废物低于国家标准(GB18598—2001)的要求,研究了使用磷酸、水泥、盐酸、硫酸等预处理垃圾焚烧飞灰对重金属固定和飞灰定性的影响。结果表明:使用硫酸和磷酸混合处理焚烧飞灰具有较好的综合效果,既能有效抑制重金属的溶出,增加飞灰的稳定性,又能降低预处理的成本。
The content of leachable heavy metals in municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) fly ash is higher than the control limits of landfill process. In order to satisfy the national standard GB 18598-2001, research of different formulas on fly ash stabilization was done. Phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid as well as cement were introduced into the stabilization formulas. Results showed that the mixture of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid as stabilizer had the good effect on restraining the leaching of heavy metals. Moreover, it can reduce the cost of MSWI fly ash in pre-treatment.
