摘要
针对炼油厂三蒸馏装置掺炼俄罗斯原油后出现的初馏塔、常压塔塔顶压力不断增加的问题,运用Aspen Plus进行全流程模拟,发现如下问题:初馏塔和常压塔塔顶汽、液相负荷均大幅增加;常压塔全塔沿塔高的汽、液相负荷分布不均;常压塔侧线产品方案不合理。对流程做了局部修改并进行了必要的流程模拟和分析,最终提出了合理的改造方案。
According to the problems of top pressure increasing in the initial distillation tower, atmospheric tower when blending Russian crude oil refining in the third distillation device of refine plant, by using Aspen Plus for the whole process simulation and found the following questions: primary tower and atmospheric column overhead steam, liquid load significantly increase; steam and liquid load uneven distribution along the tower in full Atmospheric tower; lateral line products is not reasonable of atmospheric column. After local modification on process and necessary analysis on process simulation, and finally puts forward some reasonable reconstruction scheme.
