In order to exploitating and practicing the theory-practice integrated professional courses： firstly, it must be clarified that the theory-practice integrated professional course is not a simple combination of a theory course and a practice course, it is very different from traditional subject teaching course in aspects of teacher＇s role and student＇s grade evaluation; secondly, the exploitating and practicing of professional courses needs conditional guarantee such as theory-practice integrated teaching environment and high quality teachers; thirdly, exploitating of the professional courses must be based on the co-operation between school and enterprise, selecting of teaching contents must be demand-oriented, method and means of teaching must be flexible and various.
