摘要
考察了酿酒酵母合成三磷酸腺苷(ATP)过程中影响收率的因素,获得最佳反应条件为:酿酒酵母5 g、异丙醇0.6 mL、20 mL底物溶液(一磷酸腺苷(AMP)40 mmol/L,葡萄糖150 mmol/L,磷酸盐缓冲液250 mmol/L,硫酸镁10 mmol/L),反应温度30℃,摇床转速75 r/min,反应时间30 min。在此条件下合成ATP,收率稳定在70%以上。
The effects of conversion caused by some factors in the process which adenosine monophosphate (AMP) is converted to adenosine triphosphate (ATP) by saccharomy cescerevisiae that has been studied in this paper. The results showed that in this experiment 5 g saccharomy cescerevisiae, 0.6 ml isopropanol and 20 ml reaction liquid included 40 mmol/L AMP, 150 mmol/L glucose, 250 mmol/L phosphate buffer, 10 mmol/L magnesium chloride was used, over 70% AMP was transformed to ATP after 30 min incubation at 30 ℃.
