井下管柱材料HP13Cr的气相冲蚀磨损研究

摘要 通过自行设计对井下管柱常用材料HP13Cr进行了气相冲蚀磨损实验研究。主要通过选用不同含砂量、不同冲刷速度下的对比试验,考察了HP13Cr的抗冲蚀磨损能力,得到当含砂量增加时,冲蚀磨损反而变小,冲刷速度达到某一值时,冲蚀磨损会突然增大,说明影响冲蚀磨损的流速存在临界值。 The experiment and study on gas phase erosion wear of common downhole string material HP13Cr is performed through the self-design. Mainly by contrast tests of different sand contents and different flushing velocities, the erosion wear resistance of HP13Cr is examined. It is found that when the sand content increases, the erosion wear becomes small instead; when the flushing speed reaches a certain value, the erosion wear will increase suddenly, thus it can prove that there is a critical vain to affect th erosion wear velocity.
