加工高酸原油防腐措施研究

Study on Anticorrosion Measures in Processing High Acid Crude Oil

炼油设备的腐蚀问题是炼油厂所面临的主要问题之一,特别是装置在加工高酸原油时,对防腐的要求提出了更高的要求。本文以大榭石化加工高酸原油为研究课题,探讨在加工高酸原油时,装置通过设备选材、工艺优化以及设备腐蚀管理等方面研究,降低高酸原油对装置的腐蚀,同时对装置的防腐提出了的看法。

Corrosion of refinery equipment in question is all refinery faces and considered one of the major problems, especially in processing high acid crude oil device, the anticorrosion requirements put forward higher requirements. In the paper the petrochemical processing high acid crude oil as the research topic, in processing high acid crude oil, device in low temperature, high temperature corrosion site through the equipment selection, optimization of process operation and equipment corrosion management and other aspects are researched, in order to reduce the high acid crude oil on the device corrosion, while the unit protection put forward personal views.
