回收利用VT粉填充PP的改性研究

摘要 文章研究了将VT粉(废旧印刷线路板非金属粉末)作为填料填充到PP中对复合材料物理性能的影响。实验结果发现,VT粉对聚丙烯(PP)可以起到一定的增强作用,当VT粉含量为50%时,复合材料的弯曲模量增加幅度约137%。同时还发现在VT粉/PP复合材料中加入5%的PP相容剂可以明显提高复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度。 The effect of VT powder(nonmetal powder of waste PCB) as filler filled PP on composite material physical property was studied in this paper. The result shows the VT powder could enhance the mechanical properties of composite material. Flexural modulus increased by 173 % when the VT powder content is 50 %. Another result shows tensile strength and flexural strength of composite material effectively increased when 5 % PP compatilizer was added in PP composite.
