摘要
通过研究制备现场混装车载乳胶基质,并利用热稳定试验、ANE隔板试验、克南试验、通风管试验对其性能进行考察。结果表明,制备的乳胶基质在环境温度为100℃时,具备良好的热稳定性;在冲击波冲击下不具备冲击感度;在封闭的加热条件下,也不具备热感度;在受限制但通风的条件下不发生DDT过程。
Through the study on the preparation of on-site mixed loading ear emulsion matrix and using Thermal Stability Test, ANE Gaps Test, Koenen Test, Vented pipe Tests to study their performance. Results show that the preparation of the emulsion matrix at 100 ℃, with good thermal stability; under the impact of the shock wave is not sensitive to impact; in a closed heating conditions, the thermal sensitivity are also not available; no DDT occurs under conditions of restricted ventilation process.
