Analysis for Effects on Pipelines from Concentrated Sulfuric Acid and Some Measures

浓硫酸系统是生产装置中比较简单的部分,但浓硫酸的泄漏严重影响装置的稳定运行。文章介绍了中海炼化惠州炼化分公司公用工程系统循环水装置浓硫酸系统的工艺流程及其存在的腐蚀问题,分析了浓硫酸引起的腐蚀发生机理及影响腐蚀的因素,并通过对酸介质管线和阀门的使用,找出预防及处理管线泄漏的方法,有效地防止腐蚀事故的继续发生。

The sulfuric acid system is a simple facility of the production unit. However, the great leakage of sulfuric acid affected the stability of the unit. Here we introduce the process and corrosion problems in the sulfuric acid system as well as analyze the mechanisms of corrosion from sulfuric acid and the factors affecting the corrosion in the circulating water unit of the utility system in CNOOC Oil ＆ Petrochemical Co., LTD, Huizhou Branch. Furthermore, after applying acid medium pipelines and valves, we find ways to prevent and handle leaks of pipelines, so the corrosion-related accidents can be effectively prevented.
