摘要 污泥蛋白提取技术是一种"稳定化、无害化、减量化、资源化"的新型污泥处置技术,目前处于初级产业化阶段。文章综述了热酸和热碱两种主要的污泥蛋白提取方法及水解效果、污泥蛋白产品浓缩和除臭技术,以及蛋白产品作为蛋白饲料、发泡剂和污水厂碳源等的可行性;对污泥蛋白提取技术的应用前景作出展望—机遇与挑战并存,该技术因其低投资成本、短处理周期、高附加值产品产出而具有快速占领市场份额的巨大潜力,同时也存在着区域性限制明显、能耗偏高、水解程度偏低、蛋白液重金属等技术难题需进一步研究解决。 As a new kind sludge disposal technology of "stabilization, harmless, reduction and reclamation", extraction technology of sludge protein is still in the primary stage of industrialization. The paper introduced hydrolysis effect of two main technology between hot acid and hot alkali, technology of protein products' enrichment and deodorization, feasibility of protein products as protein feed, foaming agent and carbon source of wastewater treatment plant. However, application of extraction technology of sludge protein was also prospected- coexist between opportunities and challenges, the technology had the great potential of rapid occupation of market share because of its low cost, short processing cycle and high product output of added value, while technical bottleneck also existed such as obvious regional restrictions, extraction of high energy consumption, low degree of hydrolysis, protein liquid containing heavy metals and so on.
