摘要
结合现代模糊信息处理技术对红外静态参数测试系统中MRTD、MDTD等参数测试的客观方法进行了探讨 .在红外静态参数测试中利用模糊控制理论和计算机智能技术对图象模式进行识别、判断来代替人眼的主观判断 ,为MRTD。
Combined with the contemporary fuzzy information processing technique,the objective measurement for the parameter of the MRTD,MDTD in the system of the infrared static parameter measarement is researched.The IR images are impersonally and intellectually identified by computer instead of human observation.The keys to realize the techniqne and the process of testing are introduced in the paper.
