摘要
随着能源供需矛盾的不断扩大和能源价格的日益攀升,节能降耗对于我国炼油企业具有重要的意义。通过对某炼厂柴油加氢改质装置的用能结构分析,得出该装置存在冷进料、换热流程传热温差大以及中温、低温余热回收利用不足的问题,为此有针对性的提出了优化换热流程、减少传热温差、充分回收低温余热等具体措施。用能优化后,装置能耗自26.4 kgEo/t下降到22.99 kgEo/t,低温余热除回用于装置自身外,仍然富裕1086万kcal/h,将为全厂节能降耗做出更大贡献。
With the continuous expansion of energy supply and demand and the ever rising of energy prices, energy saving is of great significance for China's oil refining enterprises. The energy consumption structure of a diesel hydro-upgrading unit was analyzed, finding that cold feeding, high temperature drop during heat-transfer and insufficient reuse of the moderate- and low-temperature heat were key problems. Energy use optimization was conducted, resulting with the total energy consumption of the unit decreased from 26.4 kgEo/t to 22.99 kgEo/t, and a surplus low-temperature heat of 10.86 million kcal/h for further reuse.
