摘要
用反相高效液相色谱法测定阿托伐他汀钙片的含量。以C18柱(250mm×4.6naA,n,5wn)为色谱柱,乙腈-四氯呋哺-0.05mol/L枸橼酸溶液(26:19:55)为流动相,检测波长244nm,流速1.0mL/min。阿托伐他汀在9.3-185.6μ/mL浓度范围内,峰面积与浓度线性关系良好。平均回收率为99.35%,RSD%为0.45。本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于阿托伐他汀钙片的含量测定。
To establish a method for the determination of Atorvastatin Calcium tablets by RP-HPLC. The chromatography was performed on a C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column, the mobile phase was acetonitrile - tetrahydrofuran - 0.05 mol/L citric acid solution (26:19:55), the detection wavelength was 244 nm, and the rate was 1.0 mL/min. The calibration curves were linear within a range of 9.3-185.6 μg/mL (r = 0. 9999) for Atorvastatin. The average recovery was 99.35 % and RSD % was 0.45. This method was simple, accurate and repeatability, and can be used for the quality control of Atorvastatin Calcium tablets.
