土壤中总石油烃柴油段所含脂肪烃及芳香烃的分离净化及测定

The Cleanup Separation and Determination of Aliphatic and Aromatic fraction of TPH-D in Soil

总石油烃污染物中包含脂肪烃及芳香烃及部分极性化合物。本方法将土样中TPH-D的浓缩液参照US EPA 3611,使用中性氧化铝柱对萃取液进行净化与分离,得到Aliphatic-TPH-D和Aromatic-TPH-D两段。用GC-FID分析定量。在保证测试结果准确的前提下,改进了脂肪烃及芳香烃两段淋洗液的浓缩方式,提高净化回收率。

There are aliphatic, aromatic and polar fractions in the petroleum wastes. The target petroleum compounds, TPH-diesel （from 〉 n-C10 to n-C35） in soils are extracted referenced to US EPA 3510, respectively. The extracts are separated into aliphatic fraction and aromatic fraction by neutral pH alumina column （U S EPA 3611）, and analyzed by GC/FID. Under the premises that the correctness of the test result is well ensured, the extract methods has been improved.
