高效液相色谱法测定盐酸法舒地尔的含量

摘要 目的:建立盐酸法舒地尔含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为TIANHE Kromasil C18(150×4.6 mm)流动相为1.0%三乙胺水溶液(用磷酸调pH至7.0)-甲醇(65∶35)。检测波长为275 nm。结果:盐酸法舒地尔溶液浓度在24.48~122.4μg/mL范围内线性关系较好,线性方程:Y=11051X+11552,r2=0.9995。进样精密度小于1.0%。结论:本法快速、准确、重复性好,用来检测盐酸法舒地尔的含量是可行的。 Objective: To establish a HPLC method of content determination of Fasudil Hydrochloride. Methods: TIANHE Kromasil C18 column(150×4.6 mm)was used. The mobile phase consisted of methano-1.0 % triethylamine solution (adjusted pH to 7.0 with phosphoric acid ) (35:65). The detection wavelength was at 275 nm. Results: The linear range of calibration curve was 24.48-122.4 μg/m, Y=11051X +11552, r^2=0.9995. The RSD were less than 1.0 %. Conclusions: The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for quantitative determination of the content determination of Fasudil Hydrochloride
