摘要
建立了超临界色谱分离,紫外检测同时测定维生索B6(毗多素)维生素B2(核黄豢)、维生索B3(烟酸)和烟酰胺含量的方法。流动相主体为超临界C02,改性剂为含0.1%甲醇。选用kromasil60-5CN色谱柱(250×4.6mm i.d)流速2.5mL/min,紫外检测,枪测波长为254nm。该方法具有很好的重现性和线性关系,上述4种维在线性范围内,相关系数均达到0.995以匕加标回收率为97.0%~102.5%,相对标准偏差小于1.5%。该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高。
Simultaneous determination of vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), B3 (nicotinic acid) and nicotinamide was carried out with supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC). Supercritical CO2 was used as mobile phase with methanol containing 0.1% of diethylamine as modifier. The flow rate was set at 2.5 mL-min-1 and the detection wavelength was 254. The coefficients were above 0.995 in the assay range. The recovery was 96.0 %-102.5 % and RSD was less than 1.5 %. This method was simple, rapid and sensitive.
