摘要
目的:采用HPLC法测定阿利吉仑片的含量。方法:采用XBridge C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(用磷酸调pH为3.0)(40∶60),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为280 nm,柱温为30℃。结果:阿利吉仑的线性范围为70~120μg/mL;3批样品中阿利吉仑含量分别为150.12、150.26、150.04 mg/片。结论:本法简便、准确、适合于阿利吉仑片含量测定。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for quantitative determination of Aliskiren Tablets. Methods: The analytical column was XBridge C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm) column. The mobile phase was composed of methanol and water (with phosphoric acid pH=3.0) (40 : 60) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The wavelength of UV detector was 280 mn and column temperature was 30℃. Results: The linear range of Aliskiren was 70-120 μg/mL. The contents of Aliskiren in three batches of samples were 150.12, 150.26, 150.04 mg/tablet..Conclusion: This method is convenient, accurate and suitable to determine the content of Aliskiren Tablets.
