随着足球运动在高校中的普及与提高 ,“单主裁制”越来越不能适应和满足足球比赛攻防对抗激烈的需要 ,引起争议颇多 .在国际足联推行“双裁制”实验的初期 ,以某高校培养学生足球体育骨干工作的进程为例 ,总结归纳 1 999年该校 40余场足球比赛使用“双裁制”的工作情况 ,对在高校推广和使用“双裁制”
As the football matches becoming popular and improving,the ″one referee system″ has become more and more unfit and dissatisfying the need of the intense confrontional attacks and defences of the football matches, and has caused a lots of controversies.At the beginning stage of the ″two referee system″ initiated by the IFA,taking the example of a certain university′s training football baekbone students, the paper summarizes the result of applying ″two referee system″ in the about 40 football matches in 1999, which should have a certain reference value for the populization and application of the ″two referee system″ in colleges and universities.
