党校研究生教育工作的着力点与创新路径

研究生教育是党校教育的重要组成部分之一,而要办好党校研究生教育就必须明确其工作的着力点与创新路径。新形势下,党校研究生教育工作的着力点主要是:一是以党校姓党为着力点,加强党校研究生的党性修养;二是以实践应用为着力点,强化党校研究生理论联系实际的能力;三是以与时俱进为着力点,激发党校研究生的创新精神。其创新路径包括以下几个方面:一是在课程的设置上要把党校的特色凸显出来;二是创新人才培养机制,并实行分类指导和区分对待;三是以人为本,创新党校研究生培养机制。

As one important aspect of Party school education, graduate education in Party schools requires specif- ic focuses and innovative teaching methods. Given current situations, graduate education should focus on strengthen- ing students＇ loyalty to the Party, fostering the ability to apply theories to practice of graduates, and encouraging grad- uate students＇ creative spirits. When innovating teaching methods, special concern should be given to the following aspects： the curriculum should emphasize the prominence of the Party, the training system should be designed based on specific student needs, and the overall guidance student-oriented.
