摘要
提出了一种自动确定模具分型线的方法,该方法首先离散铸件的实体造型的边线和面,并把离散点投影到主平面上,然后采用改进后的Alpha Shapes算法计算主平面上离散点的外轮廓线;再根据脱模方向,通过外轮廓点向铸件做射线,求得射线与铸件边线的交点,并连接交点得到铸件上的轮廓线;最后通过优化评价这些轮廓线得到分型线。实例结果显示,该方法具有较好的实用性和较高的效率。
This paper presents an automatic method to determine the parting line for dies.Firstly, both the edges and faces of the solid are dispersed into points .And according to a given direction of die-casting part ,the discrete points are projected on the principal plane.Then the algorithm is used to compute the discrete points for achieving a outer contour.Subsequently through the points of out- er contour, rays and the intersections are made so that the intersecting points of the rays and the part edges connected to the con- four are obtained. Finally,the contour is calculated and evaluated to decide the optimal parting line.The test results show that the pro- posed method is effective and efficient in searching on the parting line of die-casting die.
