摘要
汽车变速箱中的二轴在传统的机械加工生产中使用的是热模锻(或胎模锻)毛坯。热模锻毛坯的缺点是毛坯表面较粗糙、尺寸精度低,机加工余量大,生产效率低,从而造成机加工成本偏高。通过二轴的冷镦挤成形工艺分析,确定其生产工艺流程、模具工作原理与结构设计优化,用于大批量生产。
The second axis in the gearbox is formed by hot forging in the traditional second axis machining production .Its disadvanta- ges are the rough surface, low accuracy of dimension, large machining allowance and low production inefficiency. Those disadvanta- ges make the cost of machining high. The paper discusses a new technology which is applied to the second axis cold upsetting - extruding forming process, to optimize the design of production process and the structure of the mold work in mass production.
