摘要
对破裂的聚四氟乙烯金属网罩软管进行失效分析,采用扫描电镜观察软管断口,确定软管的断裂属于瞬间压力过高,导致的脆性断裂;应用FLUENT和ABAQUS对实际工况时的管道内流速、压力分布以及应力分布进行分析模拟,从而确定软管前端阀门关闭过快产生较高的锤击压力导致该软管发生破裂。
This paper makes the failure analysis of broken polytetrafluorethylene (F4) metal sereened hose tube. The image of this cross-section is shown and It is determined that the brittle fracture of this hose tube is caused by the instantaneous over pressure. FLUENT and ABAQUS are used to simulate the flow rate, pressure and stress distribution. The conclusion can be drawn that the brought due to fast cutting the front valve off causes hammer pressure the fracture of the F4 metal sereened hose tube.
