摘要 滚动直线导轨副以其独有的特性,在机械制造中得到了广泛应用。滚动直线导轨副具有结构简单、动静摩擦系数小、定位精度高、精度保持性好等优点。直线导轨副的性能直接影响到机床的整体性能,摩擦磨损特性与动力学特性息息相关,通过剖析其机理,减缓甚至避免设备的磨损,探求提高耐磨性的途径,对节约能源、延长工件寿命十分重要。 The linear guide is widely used in machinery industry due to its special characteristics. It has many advantages, such as simple structure, minimal static and dynamic frictional coefficient, high positioning accuracy and good precision retentivity. Its per- formance has a direct: impact on the overall performance of the machine. The friction and wear is closely related to the dynamics characteristics. So through analyzing its mechanism, the friction and wear of the equipment is reduced or even prevented, the ways of improving the wear resistance in explored, in order to save energy and extend the life of workpiece.
