摘要
多功能液压实验台的液压系统由一些常用的液压基本回路构成,掌握这些液压基本回路的组成、工作原理和所能实现的功能,对正确分析、设计液压系统是非常重要的。应用AMESim仿真软件对多功能液压实验台的节流调速回路进行仿真研究,特别是从调速特性来验证设计的合理性,为整个液压实验台的设计提供了理论依据。
The hydraulic system of Multifunctional hydraulic experimental platform is made up of some commonly hydraulic basic cir- cuits, Due to the familiarity with the composition of these basic hydraulic circuits, working principle and the implementation of function these can play a very important role in doing the correct analysis and the design of the hydraulic system. This paper studies the throt- tle velocity modulation circuits of the multifunctional hydraulic experimental platform by the use of AMESim simulation software, par- ticularly from the speed control property,the rationality of the design is verified and the theoretical basis of design is proviede for the entire hydraulic experimental platform.
