摘要 设计了一种新型的六自由度管片拼装机,它可以同时拼装两个管片,从而能大幅度减少管片的安装时间。分析了该拼装机的组成,描述了其工作原理,与传统的六自由度管片拼装机的实际安装时间进行了对比,验证了它的优越性。 A new six DOF segment erector which can assemble two segments at the same time is designed 4n this paper and thus, it can greatly reduce the time of the segment installation. Furthermore, its structure, working principle are discussed and its superiority is proved by comparison with the traditional one and the analysis of the specific numerical value.
