Discussion of Inspection of Joint between Tubesheet and Tubes Stipulated in ASME,ISO and GB Standards

ISO 15614-8,ASME,NB/T 47014—2011等标准对管子管板接头评定的检验要求各不相同,通过对比,列举了各个标准中对其检验要求的异同之处,提出了按国标设计产品中管子与管板检验时遇到问题的解决措施,建议在修订新版标准时可以参考ASME、ISO等标准来进行逐步完善。

The requirements in various standards, such as ISO 15614-8, ASME and NB/T 47014-2011, for the inspection of joint between tubesheet and tube are different. In this article, with comparison, the differences and similarities existed in these standards were presented. The measures to solve the problems encountered in the inspection of tubes and tubesheet when the design was based on Chinese standard were provided. It was recommended that ISO and ASME standards can be referenced when Chinese standard is revised.
