含裂缝缺陷输油管道的抗震性能分析 被引量:2

摘要 输油管道是我国石油工业的重要输送手段,由管道裂缝引起的破坏时常发生。为了研究裂缝缺陷对输油管道抗震性能的影响,文章以断裂力学为原理,用有限元方法对埋地管道在有缝和无缝两情况下进行了地震反应的数值模拟,并将结果进行了对比和分析。结果表明,裂缝缺陷会引起管道在地震荷载作用下应力的高度集中,降低管道的抗震性能,进而可能导致管道断裂。因此,在输油管道的设计和研究中,应更加重视裂缝缺陷对管道抗震性能的影响。 The failure occurred in oil transportation pipeline and induced from cracks appeared in pipeline are often found. In order to study the effect of crack defect to the seismic characteristic of oil transportation pipeline, in this article, based on the principle of fracture mechanics and by using finite element method, the numerical simulation of seismic reaction was carried out under the conditions with crack and without crack, and the results were compared and analyzed. It was shown from the results that crack defect may induce great stress concentration so that the seismic ability of pipeline may be decreased and the rupture of pipeline may occur. Thus, in the research and design ofoil transportation pipeline, the effect of crack to the seismic characteristic of pipeline shall be paid more attention.
