介绍了淤浆法制高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)装置环管反应区的工艺流程及管道布置的基本要求,在相同专利商的天津HDPE装置反应区的管道布置的基础上,在武汉HDPE装置的设计中做了逐一的对比、分析、研究,使武汉HDPE环管反应区关键管道布置更合理。

The fundamental requirements for the process and the piping layout in HDPE loop reaction zone, in which the method of slurry phase polyethylene process was applied, was introduced. Based on the piping layout in the reaction zone in Tianjin HDPE plant, in the design for Wuhan HDPE plant, which is based on the technology from the same patent, the analysis and comparison were carried out, so that the piping layout in the reaction zone in Wuhan HDPE plant is more appropriate.
