摘要
简述了当前馆员潜能研究的现状,以"沉默的螺旋"这个假设为基础,提出馆员具有害怕"被孤立"以及主动观察"环境"的心理特征,建议图书馆通过人为设置馆员工作"环境",营造一种人文文化和专业理念,建立岗位培训和经验交流机制,制定馆务会议特定内容的方式激发馆员的潜能。
This paper briefly introduced the current situation of the excitation potential of the librarian. Based on "the spiral of silence", this paper presented that the librarian is afraid of" being isolated" and has active psycholog- ical characteristic of "noticing surrounding environment", suggested that the library can build a kind of humanistic culture and professional ideas through setting artificial work environment for perienee exchange mechanism and make specific contents of faculty meeting librarians, set up post training and ex- to stimulate the potential of librarians.
