Explore the Development and Operation Mode of “Village Library”in Western Region

通过对我国西部地区"农家书屋"现状的调研,从建设、管理、服务三个角度分析现阶段发展的瓶颈,提出构建农家书屋的文献"造血"方案、建立业务监管的长效机制、开创多元联合服务模式的思路,以期通过以上措施,使西部"农家书屋"成为"建得起、站得稳、用得上"的农村文化中心。

Based on researching the present situation of ＂village library＂ in western region ,The authors analyse the development bottleneck from three angles which are construction, management and service, then put forward how to develop literature of village library, that are establishing a long effect mechanism of business supervision and crea- ting a multivariate joint mode. Through above measures, we want to make the western ＂village library＂ a real rural cultural center ＂which is built up, stood firm, and useful＂.
