In order to solve the problem of the isomer platform data exchange between library and knowledge dis- covery platform, the data exchange system between library and knowledge discovery platform based on Web Services technology is introduced. The isomer platform data exchange according to need is achieved. It is helpful to supply referee for other isomer platform data synchronization and sharing, such as the isomer platforms among library, campus network and library alliance.
