The submission guidelines are deeply concerned by authors, therefore, subject librarians should provide sub- mission guidelines to authors, the method of searching submission guidelines has been proposed in this paper： We can screen the journals by analyzing the source titles of the retrieval results, and evaluate the journals by JIF or ratio of EI core or publishers of journal, and get submission guidelines by the URL of publishers, and make the guide of journals.
