摘要
医学院校在人才招聘中使用人才测评技术是为了实现人事相宜、人尽其才、才尽其用的目标,但目前医学院校对人才测评技术的使用结果还不理想,存在诸多问题:人才测评要素不全;测评方法传统单一,缺乏科学性;人才测评专业化不高,缺乏创新等。医学院校在人才招聘工作中要科学、客观、合理地运用人才测评技术,全面制定人才测评要素;使测评方法多样化,实现人才测评合理化、专业化和规范化,提高创新能力。
Personnel assessment methods used in the medical personnel recruitment is to realize the goal of letting every man do his best according to his lights . There are many problems for medical colleges in the recruitment, the specialization and originality of personnel assessment should be improved. In the process of personnel recruitment, medical universities should apply personnel assessment scientifically, objectively and reasonably. Medical universities should draw up the standards of the personnel assessment and varied personnel assessment methods to achieving the goal of a reasonable, specialized, normative personnel assessment system.
