在两小运输管理中,斜巷安全管理尤为重要。《煤矿安全规程》370条要求,斜巷内使用串车提升时必须装设常闭跑车防护装置,该装置能确保斜巷提升安全,防止各类事故发生。拟就南山矿研制的斜巷跑车防护装置的应用做一分析、探究,得出结论该装置安全可靠,具有推广价值。

The safety of transportation of the inclined tunnel should be paid much more attention . According to the Article 370 of ＂the Coal Mine Safety Rules＂, the use of rail vehicle must be installed normally closed I - TSD, this device can not only ensure the safety of transportation in inclined tunnel, but also can prevent all kinds of dangerous accidents. It is proved that the application of new type I - TSD in Nanshan Coal Mine is safe and reliable.
