高职高专院校毕业生就业过程中劳动权益保障问题浅析

On the Protection of Rights and Interests of Vocational College Graduates

目前,由于我国有关高校毕业生劳动权益保护的法律、法规体系运行尚不够顺畅,政府有关部门缺乏对用人单位的有效监管等原因,学生的合法权益遭受侵害的事件时有发生,为了更大范围内保护其权益,拟从高职高专院校学生劳动权益保护现状入手,探讨高职高专院校毕业生在就业过程中的劳动权益保障问题。

Due to the laws and regulations to the protect the rights and interests of college graduates are not perfect in China and the supervision of government is absent , the violation of the law , the legitimate rights and interests of college students have been often infringed . This paper intends to discuss the protection of rights and interests of vocational college graduates from the perspective of protection of the rights and interests of labor.
