摘要
针对摩托车化油器的工作原理,应用κ-ε两方程湍流模型来描述气相场,并在欧拉坐标系中用非交错网格的 SIMPLE算法求解;液相场在拉格朗日坐标系下用四阶 Runge- Kutta算法求解,气-液两相的耦合采用 PSIC法;最后对节气门全开、半开及经济工况下的流场进行数值模拟,得出了流场变化规律。
Based on the working principle of motorcycle carburetor, this paper aims to present κ-ε turbulent model to describe the gas flow inside the carboretor. With nonstaggered grid SIMPLE algorithm in an Eulerian flame of reference, the gas phase equations are solved. The liquid phase calculations are performed in a Lagrangian frame of reference by means of 4th stage Runge - Kutta algorthm. Gas - liquid two - phase is coupled with PSIC algorithm. Finally, the flow field is numerically simulated under the fully - opened, semi-opened and economical working conditions respectively, and the change law of flow field is obtained.
