Development Strategies of Higher Vocational Education in China Under the Background of TVET

在全世界范围内"技术与职业教育与培训"(TVET)得到认可,传统的职业教育被赋予了崭新的内涵,它不仅仅强调职业的教育,横向上开始注重技术和技能的培训,纵向上也向职业化的终身教育迈进。试从入学、教育过程、就业、社会环境等方面分析TVET背景下我国高等职业教育的发展态势,并定位于全民、学校、教师及学生本身,提出高等职业教育"融-解"式的人才培养模式。

TVET （ technology and the occupation education and training ） has been admitted all over the world . Traditional vocational education has been endowed with new connotation, which emphasizes not only the occupational training, but also the skill training and the lifelong education. This paper analyzes the development trend of higher vocational education in China under the background of TVET from the aspects of enrollment, education, employment, social environment, and the focus is on the schools, teachers and students of higher occupational education. It proposed a new personnel training mode for higher vocational colleges.
