摘要
根据望远镜主动反射面的变形及运动要求,提出了反射面支撑结构体系设计方案,通过对承载能力及正常工作状态的详细设计计算,说明了该结构体系的受力、变形、构造及经济合理性,并分别给出了采用钢结构体 系及铝合金结构体系的力学性能、变形特点、耐久性及经济指标.
According to the deformation and motion requirements of the active reflector of the telescope, the design and analysis of the supporting structure of the reflector is presented in this paper. The load - bearing behavior, deformation, construction and economic reasonableness of the structure, as well as the mechanical performance, deformation characteristic, durability and cost of steel structure and aluminum alloy structure, are discussed through detailed design calculation under normal working condition and load - bearing capacity ultimate state.
