摘要
陶行知的"小先生制"思想是在实践中创造的教育理论,对指导当前的教育教学仍有借鉴意义。阐述了"小先生制"思想的内涵与重要性,并探讨了如何在中职英语教学中实践"小先生制"。
＂Little Tutor System ＂ proposed by TaoXingzhi, is one of the practical educational theories produced in the teaching practice, which is of significance in guiding the teaching activities . The paper explains the nature and roles of the ＂Little Tutor System ＂ and explores how to use this method in English teaching in secondary vocational schools.
